Demand Draft : Should be drawn in favour of Asic Labs ' payable at Ernakulam'.

Cheque : This is allowed only for the customers in Ernakulam. The account will be activated on realisation of the cheque. Cheque should be drawn in favour of 'Asic Labs '. 

SITE CONTENT 

MSI does not allow the following contents in any of its accounts.

Virus, Trojan or other form of programs that might jeopradize the performance of MSI's or it's customer's hardware or software.

Pornography or adult materials.

Information that considered to be confidential of vital to any Federal or State government.

Supporting terrorism - directly or indirectly, pyramid schemes, fraud financing etc.

MSI also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any of its account.

SERVICE 

MSI reserves the right to cancel its service to any of its account. In the event of cancellation, the customer will be refunded on pro-rata basis.

Customer may cancel their account at any time. Refund will be on pro-rata basis.

No refund will be made for trial accounts, domain name registrations.

Set up fee if any will not be refunded for any of the accounts . 

BAND WIDTH POLICY 

Silicon House will impose bandwidth restriction or throttling if any of its customers [ account ] might jeopradize the performance of the server. A site is allowed to use 250 Mb bandwidth per month.

The following applications are not allowed in other accounts except Secured FTP Accounts

1. Data Entry FTPing.

2. Medical Transcriptions.

3. Using as a FTP server for massive downloads.

In no event shall Silicon House or its staff be liable for any direct or indirect damages which includes loss of use, data or profit arising in any way connected with the use of MSI's services. All back up should be maintained by the client themselves.

All dealings are subject to the jurisdiction of Ernakulam, Kerala,INDIA.
